Yesterday, we celebrated Father's day. A day we love in our house. Throughout the year, my boys and I try our best to celebrate Marc. Waiting just for June to come around so we can celebrate him is not enough for me. Papa had to work on Saturday and was, well is, on call this week until Thursday night. So, we had to stay put. But we're going for another bike trip this week end, and plan another trip the week end after and the one that follows. Can't wait!

Marc is the greatest dad to our boys. He always gives them his time when they need it. Always talks or speaks to them with such patience and love. He listens to them, and they know that he truly wants to hear what they have to say. He loves them so so much. They are his world like I am his. He is our world like we are to him. Our family needs him to be whole. A few years ago, little M nicknamed us team awesome, and team awesome without his captain isn't hundred percent awesome. Little M came up with a nickname for a special big hug we give to each other that he calls 'the Bennett squeezer' and like he said on Sunday when he wanted all of us to do our squeeze, "we can't have a Bennett squeezer without papa". So true! We love papa more everyday. He is our hero!
