A son's love.

Yesterday, the whole family stayed home and missed Church. Marc and I were really sick, especially Marc who couldn't hold any food in most of the day. Yann was doing really good, and was playing and being his active self.

Usually week ends are Yann and his dad's days. They play a lot together and can't never seem to get away from each other but Sunday, daddy was too sick to play. Yann would often go to his dad, who was sleeping on the couch, and give him kisses on the lips, the forehead and the eyes. Every time he sees his dad, he would stop what he was doing, and would just go to him, and kiss him. It was so cute to witness the simple gesture of love he had for his dad. All throughout the day, he would go back and forth and give his dad kisses. Marc would at times wake up, and just hug Yann, and give him a kiss on the forehead.

Yann is daddy's biggest fan. Every time his dad is back from work, he would get so excited and would follow him every where he goes. He loves his dad, and enjoy sitting comfortably on the couch in his daddy's arms while they both watch a movie. I love watching them together. I love seeing how Yann enjoys his daddy's arms around him. I know exactly how it feels to be in Marc's arms. It's the best place in the World to be. It feels not only comfortable but safe. It feels like you are covered with the softest throw you could ever get covered with. It's my favorite place to be, and am glad to see that Yann enjoys it too.

I really hope that as he grows older, he will continue to show his dad as much love as he does now. I cannot wait to see my boys and their father together. I love them so much and feel so blessed to be a part of their lives. I have had people telling me that it was too bad that I wasn't going to have a girl and have a complete pair (boy and a girl). I really don't feel bad about it at all. Sister Baconawa said (when she heard I was going to have another son) that I would be surrounded by the priesthood. What a wonderful way to see things.
