Back on track!

When my friends came, it was hard to keep a balance diet. I have lost twenty two pounds all together  before they arrived which, I was happy with but, with our busy schedule and the amount of time I indulged eating treats, I ended up gaining two pounds which, of course, I was disappointed about.

However, now that they are gone, I am able to be more diligent and eat better balanced meals. Just with tweaking/watch what I eat, I lost the two pounds I have gained and am starting my regular workout again.

I really want to succeed with this weight lost thing so here I am again. I hope I can do better this time.
