Baby Food.

Well, baby had his first taste (well, not really first because he had bread before) of REAL food. Today, he ate Gerber Rice cereal (starter one). He STILL drinks his formula and WILL continue to do it. I will only feed him food during the day, but not every time he is hungry.
We only prepared half of the recipe for the cereal, and baby ate almost all of it, but the last spoonful. He really didn't seem to mind it. We could actually hear him swallow it. Not a lot of mess, all in the tummy.

I know that it seems like it is too early to feed him food, but I am raising my baby the way we do back home, because that's the way I know. It is not uncommon in Tahiti to feed babies before they turn 4 months.

I will, eventually TRY to make most of his food myself. But like every mother out there, I will give him Gerber foods (or other brands) too. I mean , let's be honest, which mother doesn't buy Gerber food (or else) for their babies.
