First shot!

Tiffany came by today to teach Marc how to give me my shot, so I don't have to go to the clinic once a week. She gave me my shot and also explained the whole procedure to Marc. She is really good at what she does. I didn't even feel the needle go in and out.

After it was done, we invited her to stay for supper, and she got to snuggle with baby for almost an hour on the couch while watching a movie. Marc then made us both a banana split for dessert. Mine didn't have bananas because I HATE them.

I am glad to be back on my shot. I had to have it done because things were getting out of control. The RA has spread to my spine, so I couldn't afford to wait any longer. It was getting really hard to do even the simplest thing like holding my baby or opening a water bottle. Hopefully the "drug" kicks in fast, so I can enjoy life with less pain.
